Addressing the permission of the artist - group

To start the filming process of our chosen song, first we had to make sure that this was alright with the artist whos song we would use. we have chosen to use the song ' To Anyone' by the Crystal Whites, a local band who we know personally having all members of the band having attended our school and being good friends with them, their consent was easily accessible.






To go about addressing the band we contacted them through their Facebook page, a destination where the video may be screened when finished.













Having already discussed certain arrangements with the band we sent a short message explaining our want to use their song, which they promoted and backed with enthusiasm and excitement. they explained that they had not had a proper music video made before and that a video could help to promote them on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter aswell as on their Youtube account.
